Premium

I paid for premium for 3 months and it's not letting me use it without data... I logged out 2 times and nothing happened...

You can download your playlists to the phone to listen offline. Just follow the link below:

Premium for family is new and was asked to upgrade to this. My other family members are on premium too. Now, should i upgrade to this, do i have to cancel the rest of their accounts or will do an auto switch?

If you are the plan owner, when upgrade your subscription to Family Premium, your remaining time on the deal will be converted to Family Premium, which will bring your renewal date forward.

 

If you're not (you're an invited subaccount), your remaining time will 'freeze' and will become available once you're out of the Family Premium, so no need to cancel any of the accounts.

 

Only if any of your family members pays Premium through a mobile provider, or another partner, they would need to cancel it before joining your Family Plan.
