Rearrange playlists

How do i rearrange my Playlist on iphone 5 ios7 and ipad 4 ios7..

I want to move my playlist up and down not move my songs about.

any help please.

Unfortunately you can only rearrange your playlists on the desktop client.

Oh ok. Ashame, as I don't carry my laptop everywhere. I hope it will be implemented soon, I don't see why not. It can't be that hard can it.
But Spotify has a habit of not listening.
Like no Equaliser or no remove cache for songs.

Is it really possible to rearrange my Spotify playlists (Not Tracks) via desktop bc it won't work on my IPad. I'm i suppose to go to spotify.com or use the spotify app to rearrange my playlists? Why is it so easy to rearrange tracks and not playlists? Please fix 😞
