Hi,I can't play any music on my Spotify app and I can't find country settings in my settings it's frustrating

Could you tell us more about your issue? 
How does the app behave when you try playing a song? Do you see any error messages or any app functions being greyed out?
And, as for the country settings - you should be able to change them by following the steps from this FAQ article.
