Spotify Keeps thinking I'm roaming

One of the members in my family plan that has an iPhone keeps getting a roaming error. The family memeber lives within the US and has their location set to the US. Is there a reason for this?

Maybe this member uses VPN in his phone - could you please ask him about it?

I checked and he doesn't.

Ok, what exactly is the error?

It says that he's been roaming for more than 14 days

It says he can't be roaming for more than 14 days

That's odd. Is his account in the Family Plan active?

It should be, he's in my plan I checked

Is it possible that he's got a second Spotify account? In this case he might be logging in the wrong one...
