If you signed up via the promotional pages and are a new customer then yes you should. Double check your online account for your next bill date:

If you think you should have qualified for the offer, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will check it out for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

But,spotify had ads saying that we would get 2 months extra if we buy for one month.My next bill date is in one month. ๐Ÿ˜ž
