Sync Problem

Hi all,

Recently when putting some albums in my starred playlist and downloading them for offline use they don't actually appear to download (i.e the little green arrow next to the song name) whereas all my other music is synced for offline use. 

Any ideas?

Hi there,

How much disk space do you have left on your device? Settings -> General -> About (Capacity/Available).

Spotify requires at least 1GB disk space to sync.

Here is what I mean.

That icon means that the song has been successfully downloaded for offline usage.

Yes I know, but like I said above, I've set my whole playlist to download for offine play but only some have the green arrow.

Could you try doing a full reinstallation of the app?

Is the available offline slider on that playlist definitely on? Normally you get a grey arrow when it is trying to sync.

Yes Peter it is on, I think I have reolved it. It was to do with the local files I had on my phone which I had moved from my computer.
