Synced File on iPhone is not the same as the Local File on laptop

I have a bunch of local files on my laptop that sync to my iPhone 6. The problem I am having (besides having to turn off the firewall to even get it to sync in the first place) is that there is one track from the Xenosaga soundtrack that got synced that literally does NOT match the track I have on my laptop--as in, the cover art is different, the title of the track on the playlist view is different between the laptop and the iPhone, the music itself is different. The only thing that remains the same is the name of the artist (in Japanese kanji). Obviously, I want the one synced to my iPhone 6 to be the same as the one I've got on my computer. How can I fix that?
