My Question or Issue

I have tried to link my spotify to the Turnup dating app, however when it goes to authorise it, I get "invalid client. Insecure redirect uri". I have googled it and it talks about spotify for developers...which I have absolutely no idea about! I have tried deleting the app and downloading it again but apart from that I have no idea what to try next.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

In this case, we'd first recommend ensuring you have the latest version of the Turnup and Spotify apps installed. A bug in an older version might be using an outdated or incorrect redirect URI. 

Also, you can try logging out of your Spotify account in all web browsers and in the Spotify app itself, then try linking again.

Lastly, since this seems to be controlled by the third-party app developer (Turnup), we'd suggest contacting their support team to check what could be the exact issue.
