[iOS][Search] "something went wrong" please try later

i'll type the name of the artist in the search bar, click on the artist name, and get a blank screen with the error message in the subject line. As this has only happened in the last week I'm assuming it's a problem Spotify's end that they haven't announced (nor would I when I'm trying to keep stock price up). Anyone else getting the same error, and any fixes? I've already tried uninstalling and installing again, so please don't suggest that.
