How to know when a Spotify Playlist was last updated on Spotify app for iPhone ?

I follow many playlists created by Spotify and till now I can't find any way inside Spotify app on my iPhone to know when was the last time these playlists were updated so can you tell me please how can I find this useful information ?

Superuser Contribution Spotify on screen time. Haven’t used Spotify in several years.

Spotify is currently showing up in our screen time activity. We have not used it for several years. The app is not installed on any device and we are not using it in a browser. Has a device been hacked? Not sure why this is happening. Thanks!
