My Question or Issue

 So my account just got hacked. I just got an email, saying that my email address has changed, and hurray, what do you know I did not even know about it. I can't access it anymore, obviously, i didnt have it attached to Facebook either. 

I wrote back to the e-mail adress they gave in case it wasnt me, who wanted the change how long does it take to work out stuff like this? I want my account back right now, don't want to pay for someone else's Premium. How does that stuff even happen Spotify? Help, please! Thanks. My hacked account's username is corvo18.
