1 month premium expired before the due date/

This is the third time that my spotify premium expires before it hits the 1 month limit. I received an E-mail 2 days ago stating that Spotify will expire within 7 days, so on the 27th of July (check attatchment 1). I booted my laptop as usuall today, and what do I see, My spotify prepaid has expired (check attachment 2). Now I wouldn't be annoyed so much if it weren't for the fact that I have to re-download all my songs on my phone. So I would love to ask whom I should contact to fix this or what can I do to fix this?

Hey there @capdude!

If you check your account overview, you'll notice your premium hasn't expired yet. The desktop client shows that banner when you hit the 7-days left. You still have premium and you can still experience it's benefits until the 27th of July! Sorry for the confusion! Just click the "x" if that banner pops up again.

Merik is correct, your Premium (as displayed by "Spotify Premium" in the title of the window) will not expire for 7 days after that message is displayed. It serves as a warning that your subscription is going to run out soon since you don't have automatic renewals.
