Ok so I want to purchase spotify premium through their promotional offer of 99 cents for three months. I would like to pay for this with my itunes cash on my phone. When I go to the ios app and click account and then click get premium. It asks me for my itunes password. I type it in correctly and the it asks me to confirm the purchase for the subscrition of 12.99 for 1 month. I am very confused because I want to get spotify premium and it is not giving me the promtional offer, and it wants to charge me more than the cost for one month which is usually 9.99. It wants to charge me 12.99 so naturally I am very confused. Apreciate any help from anyone.
Hello,
I have got a similar problem. When I try to get the premium offer and choose paysafecard as payment option I get the usual 9.99 per month.
Does someone know how i can fix that?
I have never subscribed before to premium or unlimited.
Best regards

They'll help you sort things out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.
Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from a no-reply address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
Well, it should probably say that in the promotion because that's bull. I've spent the last 30 minutes trying to figure out why I'm "ineligable" for this promotion. :l
Yeah, they don't mention it in the ads, but it's in the user agreement.
