Hello 🙂 I'm a Spotify Family Member and have been a member for 10+years, my account has disappeared today with all of my playlists and my subscription receipts. My password didn't work this morning and after resetting it everything has ben zeroed. No contact from spotify will work and they will not reply to my facebook messages... My username is now numbers - but a friend can still see my account and playlists though their account... can anyone help?

It's possible that you've created a secondary account when trying to reset your old one's password. You can check out more tips regarding such situation here.
Regarding the Spotify usernames being consisted of numbers is something expected and you can read more info about that here.
