My Question or Issue

Hello. My account was gotten into by someone, and they were able to change the email associated with it and the password as well. So now, when I try to log in with “forget password”, it says a code has been sent to my email, but I can’t even view the change password email because I can’t get into this persons email. I mean, I don’t even know which email this person changed it to. I’ve had my account for over 8 years, making a new one would be a pain. How do I regain access to my account and change my email and password back?
