My Question or Issue

 So I registered using my facebook and had my real name on my spotify and it was fine but today then I login, I see that my name is all of suddenly  is some random number. I read that it was randomly generated if you don't have a username but the problem is that I had my real name as the username.

Sounds like you might have opted out of sharing your data with Facebook. You can check this on your account page here. You should also make sure that on Facebook's end here, Spotify has to be allowed to have access to personal data.

Hi @mohammed7098 and welcome to the Spotify Community!

It is possible that Spotify servers haven't updated your name yet.
What you can try:
- Check your username at another computer/ phone.
- Try to unlink and then link your Facebook account again.
- Check if you allow Spotify the usage of your Facebook data at this website under the point "Facebook data" and make sure the checkbox is litten up green.
- Try to wait a day, it should probably just fix itself through the time.
