Account still not deleted

I used the contact form 4 times to delete my account but it is still not deleted. How often do I need to send it until my account is deleted?

I had the same problem, you just have to wait a couple of hours until you get an email to confirm that you want to delete your account. Until that it doesn´t matter how many times you sent a ticket to ask to delete your account, just wait until you get that email. 🙂

my case number is 01117174. I tried it many times with many days and even a week between two contact forms. It was not the problem that I had to wait for it a few hours.

Would you please answer to the specified case ticket when the account was deleted?
