My Question or Issue

Hello Spotify Community,

 

I have a really strange problem going on.

I have a premium account for a very long time now. But today I've got my new cell phone so I needed to fill in the login information again.

Now it seems that none of my emailadresses/facebook/apple are linked with the account that I've used for a long time on my previous phone, the account that I pay for.

As attachement I have a picture of my account name that I took on the previous phone where I was still logged in before experiencing the problem. A really strange and long numberic name.. So i can't login anymore on neither device anymore..

To post this question, i've logged in with an old account that I don't use anymore for a long time.

 

Can you help please?
