Hi,

I’m trying to recover access to my original Spotify account that has an active Premium subscription.

I’m currently unable to log in:
- Email login says the account isn’t recognized
- Signing up says the email is already in use
- Google and Facebook login methods do not work

I created a new account just to reach out for help, but I need assistance locating and accessing my original account.

Can someone guide me on how to recover the account or get in touch with support directly to verify ownership privately?
