Advied if I signed up for Premium I would get 3 months for 9.99

Hi,

I have signed up for premium on the understanding I would get 3 months for 9.99. However when I look at my account it shows that it will expire or payment will be taken on 13/01/16.. This is one month only. Can anybody advise what I need to do to get the 3 months that was promised. Thanks

Welcome in the community! The promo excludes accounts that already had a trial or premium before. However, if you haven't had one in the past, you can use the contact form to get in touch with a Spotify staff member. Please make sure to reply to any automated emails directing you back in the help pages if so (even if it's from a no-reply).
