Asking for a refund, then want to add redeem code

Hi everyone,

 

For my birthday I've got 3 month Spotify Premium by redeem code. I decide it to use it now, so I canceled my exisiting subsciption and want to get a refund since I was charged for this month already today.

 

Other issue is that I cant apply my redeem code since it's not available in my country. How should I solve these two issues?

 

Should I move to other country or there is any other easier solution? 🙂

When submitting a message via the contact form, you should have gotten an automatically reply back. Please reply to that (even when it says no-reply) and tell them you still need help so a employee can sort this out for you as soon as possible.

The automatic answer should contain a 8-digits Case ID.

I have never had any music from SPOTIFY why do you keep taking money from my account stop now !!! I do not want this music spotify account have been unable to talk to any one !!!!!!! I will cancel you at the bank ASAP

 

I want a refund by the end of the week !!! You are con artists !!!!!taking money that does not belong to you !!!!!

Could you ask your friend where he or she did buy the gift code? Does he or she live in the same country as you?

 

Regarding the refund, I'd suggest you to get in touch with Spotify. They can decide about a possible refund, but I can't promise you anything.

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Spotify aims to reply within 24 hours.

I have been trying but they are no help and I have a feeling that someone else is using my account ??? If that's what I have and I have someone hacking into my account ??? As the picture is not me !!! It's a discrace and I am going to get very angry if this is not stopped !!! Do you all for fraud ASAP kind regards
