My Question or Issue

I had a premium account through a telecom provider. I couldn't change the subscription to a basic account on this account, even though I had a premium account. I've now canceled Spotify through the provider, and now I'm not eligible (either) because I canceled premium. How can I resolve this or let Spotify know? I'm not interested in audiobooks, but I am interested in podcasts and music.

Sorry to see you've found yourself in this scenario!

Basic is a new subscription plan for existing Premium subscribers, but it's not available if your billing is handled through a partner. Unfortunately, it's not possible to resubscribe to Basic once your account reverts to our free service. We recommend checking out this page to see all the plans that are currently available to you.
