Can not Log in

Can not Log in

Hey guys, i cant log into my account as my password seems to be wrong. I do not receive any emails to my attached email account as well. Another unusual thing is that Spotify charged me 3 times the amount this month than they usually do. I couldnt log into my account the day after they charged me. I dont remember ever manually logging into my account as i saved my password.

Also when using my old password i log into my account for like one second and then get thrown out of it.

Hey @user-removed!

 

If your account was created through Facebook,  you can log in with the "Log in with Facebook" button. If not, give it a try using the username and password. Make sure you're not entering the full email address.

 

Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

Hey @JuanCamilo , thanks for your answer.

However I already tried the answers you suggested. My Problem is that while i have the account name, either my email was changed or i dont know the email linked with the account. Since my password was changed, i need the email in order to get the account back. At this time i am quite sure that my account is being used by a stranger as there is no reason for why my password should have changed. Due to paying for Spotify Premium, id like to solve this matter as fast as possible, as i am really concerned regarding my security as well as paying money for a service i can not use for now.
