You announced we can freely listen our list (randomly) with ads but when I login your android app it says Time Left : 0 hours, 0 minutes. I'm from Turkey, what can we do?
Hi. Unfortunately the revamped free spotify isn't available in Turkey at the moment so the 2.5 hours a week limit still applies for now.
So why all tech blogs and also YOUR's BLOG announced it's available in Turkey?

Sorry, I was confusing countries. What mobile and android version do you have? The most recent spotify app is needed to get access to Free on mobile. If you arre running android 2.2 or earlier, the most recent spotify version it will run is 0.6.5 which won't give free access on mobile.
I have Galaxy S4(Android 4.3) and all apps are updated to latest version.

We have time limit but announcing as no limit. This is AWESOMEEE!!! 🙂
Hey there,
Sorry for any confusion caused here.
You can read the differences between account types here: https://www.spotify.com/tr/legal/end-user-agreement/#s3
This includes details about what the free account offers too.
Hope that helps!
Hi Richard,
Your blog post says you can listen random music as unlimited. It's NOT TRIAL. 🙂
So if I consume my time, it means it'a a trial. Am I wrong?
I have the similar problem in Turkey. But the problem is that although I did not listen any music on spotify, the spotify app says me that remaining time is 0 minute. I cannot use it as a free user despite not listening any music.
I mean this part of post;
Deneme değil arkadaşlar!
Cep telefonunda Karışık Çal özelliğini ücretsiz hale getirdik
We can not use random play mode as free even for 2.5hour despite your promise is limitless..

I didn't listen 60 hours this month but maybe my account is older than 4 months, I'm not sure.
Even you say in user aggrement we said it's only 4 month, why you are announced this as limitless? I'm feeling inveigled. And as a said before from now on, I won't get premium account from spotify ever never.
Support,
machinecode is totally right and I face same behavior in las two months can not listen anything in my free membership is I'm don't used it. Even web/desktop/tablet etc...

Hey guys! 🙂
Unfortunately, community support is pretty limited in cases like this since we don't have access to your accounts. If you could get in touch with the Spotify support team directly using the online contact form they will be able to dig into this a little further for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
