My Question or Issue

 Hi There, 

I was a student in NZ and i subscribe on Spotify premium. I recently just moved back to my country in Indonesia for a month, and I forget to pay for the premium one as it was autodebit back in NZ. I tried to log in to my app, but it said error. I tried to go on the browser to change my country, but all that i can found for the option was only NZ, nothing else. I assume that even i didn't pay for the premium, i was supposed to get back to the free one with ads, etc without losing any of my playlist, isn't it? Please advise.

Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in. No worries though, even if you don't have a Premium subscription, you can still use the Free version of Spotify. I recommend checking out this Spotify Answer for more tips on how to log in.

Hey I've had the same problem and sadly since each Region has its own Spotify with explusive songs and Artists. So the only thing that comes to mind for me is trying to

use a VPN and try to access Spotify with a NZ Ip Adress.
