To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:

https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/

Also check out the help guide:

If you don't see a cancel option,

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

Information on how to do this can be found here:

I don't understand why I can not cancel my membership. Can I speak to a
manager who can do this for me? Other wise I'll call my credit card company
to stop all payments to Spotify. I never signed up with iTunes because I
don't use iTunes and I still don't see a cancellation button on
subscription page.

@vickorious88

Did you subscribe to Spotify through a partner deal with another company?

On the support page it says

"Note: If you subscribed through any other company than Spotify, you need to contact that company to cancel. If your subscription is through iTunes, please see Apple's instructions for canceling."

No I did not subscribe with another company. The account is under my
personal credit card.

The site you provided https://www.spotify.com/us/accounts/subscription/ says 502 bad gateway.

Hey there @southcali1984,

Thanks for the post.

The link you mentioned should take your to the subscriptions tab in your Spotify account page. Make sure you're logged in the website before opening it.

If that doesn't work, you can try this link in an incognito/ private browser window.

Hope this helps.
