Can't change country (Spotify Free)

Can't change country (Spotify Free)

I had spotify back home in the UK and have since moved to Australia. I started a free premium trial when I got here and before the trial ended, I updated my card details with my Australian bank card and selected ok when I got the message that this would change the country setting of my account.

 

Now my trial has come to and end and I try to use Spotify, I get a message saying that I can't use spotify more than 14 days abroad. When I go to my profile, it says the country is still UK. It tells me I need to update my payment information to change my country, yet when I select this, I get the message that because I'm on Spotify free, no payment infomation is on record and I have no option to change the country..

 

Does anyone have a solution to this? Thanks very much.
