Can't log into my alt account

My Question or Issue

So, around November 11th I created an alternate account in order to post one of my assisgnements, which was a two episode podcast. Now the podcast is gone, and I can't log in because when I try. It says something went wrong. I have no acess on the computer, neither on the browser. Furthermore, when I try to open it on my cellphone, it says there is no account with that name, despite the account never have been deleted.
