My question or issue

I got kicked out of my account a few days ago. Now I can't login to my Spotify app on Android or iPhone and am not receiving the password reset emails (checked **bleep** folder). When I enter my username to login, my home page shows for a split second then it reverts back to the login screen. When I use my email, it says the login info is incorrect. I know my password and email is correct because I logged in recently with it.

I've already tried the actions suggested in the previous email and I still
can't login.

Maybe your password has been changed recently, can you check your email for any messages of a password reset? If not, are you are that's the account you used to set up your account? Check your email addresses for email from "hello@spotify.com" so you can see which accounts you used to sign up.
