The OFF-LINE mode doesn't work :(

Hi, I love Spotify but I have a serious problem currently. When I'm online I downloaded my all songs and then I turned off the internet connection. When I'm off-line mode the songs disappear and never play. Please help me, it is the same with my mobile phone and my Laptop. Thank you in advance.

I’d recommend checking out the “Downloads unexpectedly removed” section of the “Listen offline troubleshooting” support article for some more help with this.

If the article doesn't help I recommend keeping your app updated with a clean reinstall and avoiding any cache-clearing apps.
