Can’t remove payment methods or add new credit card

My Question or Issue

I don’t see any option to remove my two existing credit cards, I don’t have their security numbers anymore because they are disposed of, and I get an error when I try to add a new credit card (Chase United Explorer).

Is the Safari web interface somehow different than desktop web browser?

Sorry to see you've been having issues with your payment!
 

Make sure your card is open for online transactions and recurring international payments. Note that your payment method must also be issued in the same country as your Spotify account. More info here.

In case the issue persists, we'd recommend trying with another payment method, if available. You can also reach out to our support folks backstage (if you haven't already) who can take a closer look and provide you with more insight on the matter.

As for the removal of the already saved cards, I believe this article would be of help! If the steps don't work through Safari for some reason, I'd advise trying via a different browser or a different device altogether.
