Cannot Access Account

I set my account up years ago using my Facebook profile and have been paying for premium for years. I recently had a problem logging in and attempted to do a password recovery, the recovery page did not recognize my email address and when I tried setting up a new account using that address it said it was taken. When I try to login with facebook profile it now says I have the wrong password. How do I get back into my account if I cannot access the recovery emails the system sends?

I have tried emailing spotify multiple times for nearly a month with no response - I am being charged for spotify and cannot use it. The only solution I have is to have my bank block the transactions and then set up a new account...
