Cannot upgrade to family premium or cancel

Cannot upgrade to family premium or cancel

I tried upgrading my premium account to a family premium account but they notified me something saying "You do not currently have a payment provider conncected to your account". I have been a premium member for a few months already and keyed in my card details. When i select the tab saying "Update Details", it just brings me back to the same page over and over again. Due to this, I am not able to upgrade to a family premium or even cancel my subscription. 

 

Hope some of you guys might have a solution.

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account help you with this:

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
