Cant log in to spotify account

Cant log in to spotify account

for some reason sptify logged me out and now i cant log in to my spotify account. its telling me that the password is wrong but i know for a fact im putting in the right one. i paid for a 3 month premimum subscription and i still have half a month left on it. Im wondering if theres anyway to fix this, and if there isnt. if theres anyway to give me my money back. (i used a prepaid card)

Let's try some troubleshooting. Could you try resetting your password here? It'd be best doing this using a different browser or incognito mode.

problem is i cant reset my password because i dont have access to that email anymore. but im 100% certain the password and user are correct.

Thanks for the reply!

For this particular case, I would encourage you to reach out to support through the anonymous contact form. So long as you are entirely logged out of Spotify.com (alternatively, you can access the form through an incognito window/private browsing) the form will allow you to use an email of your choosing for correspondence.
