Change username

I have had premium for a year and a half. I have a few months left and it has changed and taken away my premium and now I can’t use the things that I liked about this app. 

Its crazy!! I don’t understand how it can just change! I picked this as my gift through Rogers and if I would have known I would have picked something else. This is incredibly frustrating made harder due to the fact there is no one to call and talk to.
