Changed Facebook Password and can't log in anymore

I changed my Facebook password about two months ago and since then, I was unable to log into my Spotify Account which was linked to my Facebook account. I've google searched to try to find some solutions but none of them have worked for me.

I've also sent a message to spotify support, but they sent me an automated email response telling me to come here. Is there anyway for Spotify to help me log back into my old account or for them to transfer the playlists onto my new one?
