What if I want to cancel my Spotify family and be back on my own account by myself. What do I do? Do I have to cancel it completely and restart? I don't want to pay for the family I want my single premium back.

If you'd like to go back to a standard Premium subscription, you'll need to cancel your family plan first by following these steps. Once your account goes back to the Free service, you'll be able to sign up again here 🙂
