Student membership problem

I have been charged once for the student premium membership however it required some confirmation by sheerid , but i was charged before that an amount of 5.42$ already . Now that it is verified i cannot access premium and the mail(sent by sheerid) sends me a link where i have to re enter my credit card information . Please help me so  i can figure out what to do now as i have already paid but i dont have access to premium membership
