My Question or Issue

Hi

I'm currently paying my premium subscription through KPN, a Spotify partner and my phone provider. They however stopped paying part of premium, so I started looking for alternatives. Now, I am a student and am interested in using the student offer from Spotify. I already filled in the forms for SheerID to verify that I am a student, but now I am wondering if you can suddenly switch payment methods without losing my account. 

Is it possible for me to stop the KPN subscription and change it with the student subscription without losing my premium for a month or something funny like that? Should I do anything special to make this work better?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. 
 

If your plan is associated with a partner, you’ll need to contact them directly to cancel the subscription. Once you've done so, you can proceed with changing your payment method without losing your Premium subscription. Simply follow the steps described here.  

The changes will take effect from your next billing date.
