You should take a look at Apple's In-App-Purchase refund policy. The payments have been processed by them so they're the only ones who can look into that.

Bit of a late reply sorry but I emailed apple and ended up with a refund for about 2 months worth of charges even though I was charged for about 12 months. They eventually started ignoring my emails when I said I wasn’t satisfied with the refund so I gave up. Hope you had better luck!
