Chsrged 0.99$ from bank account and did not received premium account

Chsrged 0.99$ from bank account and did not received premium account

Hello, Today @ 2:00 PM (GMT-4) I tried to purchase the 0.99$ 3 months premium offer.

 

Besides I was a charged that amount on my bank account it still says that I am FREE ACCOUNT and wanted me to purchase a new offer.

 

What should I do?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.

Try logging out and in again.

Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

tried logging in on different devices (2 different PCs).. also tried loggin on different browsers (chrome & firefox & microsoft edge) and it didnt solved it

I am also having this issue after loggin in and out of mutiple devices
