Connecting to Facebook

I have a premium account. I can't connect to Facebook because an apparent free account is already associated. I need to sync my premium account to my FB

Hi. Maybe you can try this. First close the spotify's account (the one with fb) with this link: https://support.spotify.com/us/close/ . Now, since you have set free your fb then you can associate it with your premium spotify account.

Ok. If it didnt work two options: wait some time to make the system sync internally or you could contact spotify directly to verify this by going to : https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-anonymous/  Fill the form, explain the issue. When you get an automatic mail, reply it with the same explanation. They take up to 24 hrs to respond.
