Deleted email account linked and can't change or login on other devices

My Question or Issue

My debit card changed, so I had to go in and re purchase premium. When I did, it stayed logged in on my MacBook but not my phone. I've had various free Spotify accounts in the past, but I have one main one and that's what I updated to premium. In "account" - the email address associated is my gmail plus ".deleted" at the end. So, I now do not know how to log back in on my phone into the correct account.
