My Question or Issue

Hello, dear Spotify helpers!

A member of my family plan has been disabled from his Facebook profile... for no obvious reason, we are still waiting for an official Facebook response, he is not a fake account or something, reported or other...However, he was logged in via Facebook to Spotify, bih mistake obviously, he tried switching the account to e-mail and new password, but all his playlists were gone.

Please, help us get his playlists back, there is no good reason for him to lose them. He tried to log in with his e-mail from Facebook account: *snip* and a new password, but failed, as I said. I hope there is a solution for this matter and it will a harsh lesson for us(I already changed my log in account to e-mail for safety.

That's sad. I think that's a different account. Its better to contact support in such cases. They'll be able to see the account. Make sure to attach the screenshot you posted here. That will greatly help them.

Does you family member currently holds access to his account? 

 

You mentioned loosing playlists and i wonder if you account does not show them or that you've lost access to the account.

If he still has access to the email address used on his disabled Facebook account, he can set a password for his Spotify account, by using the reset password form.

Let me know if you get the same Spotify free account.

We tried changing the password with the same e-mail from Facebook account, he tried to log in with e-mail and the new password, but was out of the family premium and without the playlists like a totally new account

Yes, he uses the e-mail from the FB account, we tried setting a password, and when he entererd with mail and the password, he was excluded from the premium package and without his playlists
