Disappointing service

Guys Im sorry to say that but the service and support I've had has been really bad.

First I was charged double for switching from premium to family premium, now me and 1 family member we both lost our premium accounts and have free accounts although we paid twice.

 

I just wanted to say Im very disappointed since I really want to use this service but I keep having problems with my accounts and payments.

 

I don't know if somebody will help me but after a loooong search in the website I managed to find an email to contact with.

 

Hope somebody helps
