Disconnect Facebook via Android

Hi there! I have a problem, I have 2 accounts, 1 account being linked to Facebook which I do not use and my new account with premium which is paid for by my new phone contract, my problem is I want to link my Facebook to my new account but I can't do so as it's connected to my old one, I have seen that you can disconnect it in the preferences menu using mac or windows but I do not have a laptop or Mac book, is there a way to do this via mobile, hope to hear a solution asap, thanks! 🙂
