Discord is showing my full name and not my Spotify account name

I'm trying to link my Spotify account with Discord so I can share music with close friends, but I don't want to have to share my full name with people I don't trust. Is there no way to change the account name from my full name? I don't even see an option anywhere to change my full name anywhere.

This is VERY FRUSTRATING as my account name isn't even set as my real name. I've added an attachment showing that it shows my full name when its connected to Discord. The first picture is an example of what I do not want it to show. The second is a picture of my actual account name.

Is your Spotify account connected to your Facebook profile?

It was for a while but no longer is. I've even changed the Facebook name in
my effort.
