Don't have the Option to Cancel Subscription

I'm trying to cancel my subscription before the 24th, which is when the next payment will be taken. I don't have the option underneath 'Subscription' on the 'Manage Subscription' page. I've tried it on several different browsers and on my iPhone all to no avail. I've even tried on friends' phones and each time there is no 'cancel subscription' option underneath 'Subscription' on the page. There is nothing, in fact. Just the information about my payment and the next date, the 24th of the 2nd.

 

I really need this unsubscribed by then, any help would be greatly appreciated!

To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:

 

https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/

 

If you don't see a cancel option,

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

If you still have trouble,

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

Im having the same issue, found a thread from december where a bunch of people had the same thing. Im ready to call my CC provider and tell them to block Spotify if this doesnt get resolved.

Which one worked for you?? I have an  ANDROID phone so I can cancel through itunes. But it doesn't give me anything under Subscription either. Nothing to cancel it. It only says Upgrade. I dont want to do that either. Since they already charged my card but still only tell me I am on "Spotify Free". Eff those bastards. Only give me option to Upgrade after they already charged my card?? I want out of Spotify. they suck
