Email announcing end to plan despite paying by direct debit

Hello! I listen to Spotify via a Premium Individual Plan and a Samsung A22. I did have 3 months' free subscription via a gift card from my daughter that I added to my existing plan some time ago. However, that ran out months ago and I have been paying by DD since. I have now received an email suggesting that Plan will end in 2 days' time. When I check my plan it tells me simply that my next payment is due on Thursday. Bizarrely, when I follow the links in the email it actually tells me I am not knly about to lose the plan I am actually ineligible for the very plan I have right now. None of the help topics provide an answer and I cannot contact Support for the help I need.
