Family Account

For years, I have been a customer with you, together with my family. Now you've downgraded all family members to Free due to a missing address verification. According to your last email, we would have had 7 days to make this verification, after 4 days you have already downgraded the accounts to Free. Apart from cheating all your users under suspicion, this is not correct. I also no longer get my family members back on the family account, even though we want to complete the verification within the specified deadline. The re-invitation of a member does not work anymore. I am very angry and have now started a trial period with Apple Music, in case Spotify does not react. I ask for appropriate feedback

Have you thought about starting a new family spotify account, as I used to be on Apple Music, and in my personal opinion Spotify is more family friendly. You can always copy your old playlists, then add to them.

No, I have a familiy account since the last years. But now Spotify closed all my family members due to a "missing adress verfication". Thats really anoying, because the deadline for accomplishing the missing information was set for tuesday next week, but they closed it today, many days too early. Is there any support from spotify ?? no!!!
